These Terms and Conditions govern the consultancy services provided by Doctormart (“Company”) for connecting hospitals (“Hospital”) with doctors (“Doctor”) and facilitating the hiring process. By engaging with our services, both Hospitals and Doctors agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Doctormart provides consultancy services to:
Hospitals: Facilitate connections with qualified doctors for hiring purposes and assist in scheduling interviews.
Doctors: Connect with hospitals for potential employment opportunities and aid in arranging interviews.
3. Registration and Profiles
Hospitals: Hospitals must provide accurate and comprehensive information about their hiring needs and organizational requirements.
Doctors: Doctors must submit detailed profiles, including their qualifications, specialties, and career preferences.
4. Matching and Communication
Matching Process: Doctormart will use provided information to match Hospitals with suitable Doctors based on their requirements and preferences.
Communication: Doctormart facilitates initial communications between Hospitals and Doctors but is not responsible for any direct negotiations or agreements.
5. Scheduling Interviews
Hospital Responsibilities: Hospitals agree to provide Doctormart with available time slots for interviews and promptly respond to scheduling requests.
Doctor Responsibilities: Doctors must be available for interviews within the agreed-upon time slots and communicate any changes in availability promptly.
6. Confidentiality
Confidential Information: All information exchanged between Hospitals and Doctors through Doctormart is considered confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose any details to third parties without prior consent.
Data Protection: Doctormart is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data and will handle all information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Fees and Payments
Consultancy Fees: Fees for consultancy services will be as outlined in the service agreement or proposal. Both parties agree to the payment terms specified therein.
Refunds and Cancellations: Any refunds or cancellations of services will be handled according to the terms specified in the service agreement.
8. Responsibilities and Liabilities
Hospital Responsibilities: Hospitals are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and verifying the qualifications and suitability of Doctors.
Doctor Responsibilities: Doctors are responsible for providing accurate information about their qualifications and ensuring their readiness for interviews.
Limitation of Liability: Doctormart is not liable for any disputes, issues, or damages arising from the hiring process, including but not limited to employment contracts and job performance.
9. Termination
Termination by Either Party: Either party may terminate their engagement with Doctormart with written notice. In such cases, any outstanding obligations and fees will be settled as per the service agreement.
Termination by Doctormart: Doctormart reserves the right to terminate services if either party fails to adhere to these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct that undermines the consultancy process.
10. Dispute Resolution
Resolution Process: Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled according to the legal procedures in the jurisdiction where Doctormart operates.
11. Amendments
Changes to Terms: Doctormart reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to both Hospitals and Doctors, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of GDPR, CCPA, or other local laws. Jurisdiction, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
